Resources

There are many good educational and exercise sites online, on YouTube, and in print that provide information and exercise ideas on pain/symptom management.

But not all information sites may be useful for you. Get to know your own body. Do not be concerned about the word SENIOR or low impact. Think about what you are able to do "today"—at this age, in this physical, medical, and emotional condition.

Your goal is to find the information that helps you manage your own problem (pain, fatigue, weakness, stress, etc.) and be as independent as possible.

That is called SELF-MANAGEMENT.

Or How can I manage my 🔴 problem as independently as possible—using tools (ammunition), information and exercise (activity) that I have learned ( often by trial and error) that are helpful for ME—and also using the help I need from my health
providers (family physician, specialist, physio, chiro, occupational therapist, massage, psychotherapist, etc.) on an ‘as-needed basis’.

Each of these sites provides excellent and useful information. The content may help you better understand your body and how to control Ouchy  messages you may be experiencing.
